Annette Denton Livingston, Sharing Hope with Prayer,Macrobiotics, Hypnosis, Reflexology

I am working on a new blog: http://www.annettelivingston.wordpress.com

My vocation: Helping YOU fulfill your life potential.

My vision: Seeing YOU become the person you were meant to be.

My passion: Standing for Jesus Christ

There is always Hope as long as there is breath

Sit a while and enjoy a cup of hot tea with me

and tell me everything.

My favorite saying is

"Life is good and we are in it!"

Sometimes, life gets pretty dim,

I recognize that.

I have been there.

I am here to help.

I like to coach people back up to steam.

I know what it is like to seemingly

have no hope.

Remember,

there is always "HOPE"

as long as there is breath.

I will hold your hand and

gently coach you along.

Just breath for now,

feel my caring

and let me share with you...

Almond Apple Compote
Dessert after a long hard day.

Peel two large Granny Smith Apples unless organic then just wash.
Cut in half, then fourths. Remove seeds section. Slice thin.
Put in medium heat skillet with olive oil or sesame oil
covering the bottom or water if can’t have oil.
Treat as stir fry for a few minutes then put top on pan near end of cooking and turn down low.
Cook until desired softness with a pinch of salt per apple.
Mix together in small bowl
1T Sweet White Miso and 4 T’s more or less Maple Syrup
or if preferred Rice Syrup or Barley Malt.
Add and cook into apples for a minute. Remove from flame and add 1 T Almond Butter.
Mix in and dish up. Luscious.
I dream of topping this with Almond cream and a mint leaf.
Never seem to have the time…have strong desire to eat at once.
Trick…prepare the Almond Cream early in the day.
